| 摘 要： | 对白木香种子的营养成分进行分析。结果表明：白木香种子含有较高的粗纤维、粗脂肪、粗蛋白和核苷等营养成分，且含有丰富的矿物质和微量元素等，是潜在的营养物质来源，故应用价值较高，可作为油料、食品、饲料和其它工业用途的原料。以期为白木香种子的综合开发利用提供科学依据。 |

| Abstract: | The nutritional components in the seed of Aquilaria sinensis were analyzed in this paper.The results suggested that there were high contents of nutrients such as crude fiber,crude fat,crude protein,and nucleoside.There were also abundant minerals and trace-elements.The seed of Aquilaria sinensis represented a potential nutritive supply with high application value,it could be used for oil,food,fodder and other industries.The results provided a scientific basis for further exploitation and utilization of the seed of Aquilaria sinensis. |
