云南不同种源余甘子植物形态变异研究

摘    要:针对云南不同种源余甘子植物形态变异的特征规律,采用聚类、主成分分析等方法,对14份不同来源地余甘子的18个数量性状指标进行分析。结果表明,云南不同种源余甘子在一年生结果母枝上雄花数变异范围最大(14.25~2 010.5朵),变异幅度最小的为雌花萼片数(6~6.2个);主成分分析结果显示,不同种源余甘子叶片形态、雌花和雄花性状的特点均是造成余甘子形态变异的因素,其中以叶宽、叶柄长、雌花萼片长对第1主成分影响最大,贡献率达24.17%;第2主成分主要由雄花性状构成,以涉及雄花花梗长的成分最多,其次是雄花花朵长度,对各变量的方差贡献率达18.84%,累积贡献率达43.01%;以17个性状为基础的聚类分析将14份余甘子种质分为3类。

Abstract:To explore the morphological variations of different provenances of Phyllanthus emblica L.in Yunnan province,method were used and 18 quantitative traits of 14 different provenances were analyzed by clustering and PCA(principal component analysis).The results show that,on 1 year old branches the male flowers of the different provenances has a greatest variantion(from 14.25 to 2 010.50),and the sepal of female flowers have the least changes(from 6 to 6.2);the principal component analysis showed that leaf morphology and flowers traits of different provenances are effective factors leading to morphology variations,and the first principal component,contributed 24.17%,mainly include width of leaf,petiole length and sepal length of female flowers,similarly the second principal component,explained 18.84%.The first two principal components explained 43.01% in total,mainly about those male flowers traits indexes like pedicel and size.According to the results of clustering of 17 trait indexes,14 different provenances were clustered into 3 classes.
