摘    要:采用同位素示踪技术研究油菜叶片对MET的吸收、运转及MET在油菜和土壤中的残留量。试验结果表明:叶面施用3H-MET后1小时,吸收量即达施用量的46.26%,3小时为52.58%,此后随着施用时间的延长,吸收增加甚微,至48小时为54.29%.叶片吸收的3H-MET基本上滞留于处理部位,占吸收量的99%左右,向植株其它部位输出极少。3H-MET在油菜中的残留量为0.024-0.107ppm,根>叶>籽>粒>茎>荚壳。在土壤中的残留为0.010—0.015ppm,表土>深层土。

Abstract:Through using techniques of isotope tracer.the uptake of3H-MET in rape leaves and its residue in plant and soil were studied. Absorption of 3H-MET by leaf occurred within three hours after application. At one and three hours after application,the amount of3H-MET absorbed was 46. 26% and 52. 49% of the applied amount, respectively. At 48 hours after application. the absorbed amount was 54. 29 %. About 99 % of 3H-MET'absorbed was confined to the treated leaf,and only a small portion was transported to other parts of the plant. The order of residue of 3H-MET in rape plant is: root>leaves>secds>stem> hull. They were 0. 017. 0.070. 0.039, 0.034 and 0.024ppm respectively. The residual amount was 0. 015 .and 0.010 ppm in 0-5cm and 5-10cm depth of soil, respectively.
