| 摘 要： | 针对机械化养鸡场鸡舍清粪机存在牵引绳寿命短,机械部件不易调节,清理效果较差和耐久性差等问题,提出了9FQ-1960地面刮板清粪机的设计方案,确定了清粪机的传动参数和零部件结构.通过对养鸡场清粪作业实验表明:9FQ-1960地面刮板清粪机达到了设计参数的指标要求,能满足鸡粪机械化处理要求,工作可靠,调整方便.

| Abstract: | Through the analysis on problems of chicken house mechanized manure cleaner,such as hauling rope's short lifetime,difficult to adjust,poor cleaning-up performance and poor durability,the design projects of 9FQ-1960 ground scraper manure cleaner were presented,the structure parameters of the manure cleaner were determined.Manure cleaning experiment in chicken farm showed that the manure cleaner could meet the requirements of design indexes,and the requirements of mechanized manure cleaning,and the operation of manure cleaner was reliable,good durability and easy to adjust. |
