| 摘 要： | 采用因子分析法对康乐县15个乡镇土地集约利用状况进行了评价和比较.结果表明:康乐县各乡镇土地集约利用状况的空间差异较大,土地集约利用水平可分为5级,其中,附城镇土地集约利用程度最高,得分为1.051 61,而莲麓镇土地集约利用程度最低,得分在-1.0以下;从县域范围看,土地集约利用水平整体上呈以附城镇为中心向外围递减的...

| Abstract: | The intensive land use of 15 towns in Kangle County was evaluated and compared using the factor analysis.The results showed that spatial differentiation of land intensive use was significant among the towns of Kangle County,and all towns could be divided into five categories,the comprehensive land intensive use degree of Fucheng Town was the highest,which was 1.051 61,while Lianlu Town was lower than-1.0.The spatial distribution pattern of towns land intensive use in Kangle County was formed by Fucheng Town as a center to periphery and gradually decreasing in general.The factors that influence the degree of the intensive land use and the effective ways that enhance the town land-use intensity were also analyzed.These results were expected to provide evidence for further study on optimization of land intensive use in county. |
