| 摘 要： | 扁桃砧木Nemaguard和Lovell试管苗诱导生根培养的研究结果表明.以1/2 MS+0.5mg/L IBA培养基的诱导效果最好,试管苗生根率最高.在诱导生根初期进行黑暗处理能明显提高生根率,以暗培养10 d处理最好.添加1 g/L AC可以提高生根率,但AC浓度继续升高时生根率下降.用100 mg/L IBA溶液...

| Abstract: | The Rooting of Almond＇s rootstocks of Nemaguard and Lovel1 had been researched in this paper.The results showed that the rooting medium of 1/2 MS＋0.5 mg/L IBA was best medium,which had the highest rooting rate of test-tube plantlet.The dark treatment in the early rooting could improve the rooting rate,it was best to use the medium of 1/2 MS＋0.5 mg/L IBA to induce root and culture in dark for 10 days.Added 1g/L activated charcoal（AC） could improve rooting rate,but when the AC concentrations continue to add,the rooting rate was decline.The rooting effect on socking of the base of the shoots is obvious by 100 mg/L IBA solution,however,the root was thin and less.The shoots was first cultured in the medium of 1/2 MS ＋1.0 mg/L IBA for 6 days,then transplanted into the medium of 1/2 MS,which could promote rooting. |
