Abstract:By inducing of callus and division training of Radix Astragali leaves and stems,The article decided the optimal culture medium of induction of callus and division training of Radix Astragali,They are MS+2.0 mg/L 6-BA+1.0 mg/L 2,4-D+1.0mg/L NAA and MS+2.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.2 mg/L IBA+0.5 mg/L NAA.The study also found leaves were the best explants between leaf and stem,Its Inducing rate of callus and ability of division were higher.
