摘    要:
[目的]优化脐橙皮中黄酮的提取工艺。[方法]以重庆奉节脐橙为原料,采用乙醇浸提法从脐橙皮中提取黄酮。在单因素试验的基础上,通过正交试验对提取条件进行优化。[结果]最佳提取工艺为:温度60℃,提取时间90min,粉末大小100目,乙醇浓度70%,液料比40∶1。[结论]在此工艺条件下进行验证试验,黄酮的得率为12.02%,明显高于其他方法。

Abstract:
[Objective]The aime was to optimize the extraction conditions of Flavonoids from Navel Orang Peel.[Method]The ethanol extraction of flavonoids from the peel was carried out by taking navel orange of Fengjie Chongqing as materials.Based on single-factor experiments,the orthogonal experiment was used in the optimization of extraction conditions.[Result]The results showed that the optimum conditions were as follows:temperature was 60 ℃,time was 90 min,the powder was 100 screen mesh,ethanol concentration was 70%,and the ratio of solution to material was 40∶1(v/w).[Conclusion]By the above conditions,the flavonoids extraction rate was 12.02%,better than others significantly.
