摘    要:根据毛细张力与负压给水技术的原理设计了毛细给水器的试验装置,并在室内进行了3组对比试验,分别对毛细给水器的紧绳、松紧带和棉条3种纤维的吸水特性进行了研究,同时对毛细给水器的不同填充纤维芯根数和工作压力等水力特性在室内进行了研究。结果表明,毛细给水器纤维材质的选择、纤维芯根数和工作压力是毛细给水器成功的关键,只有纤维直径和纤维孔隙分别达到25、15μm,同时毛细给水器的填充纤维芯根数为6根和工作压力在30~40cm水柱之间时,其毛细给水器吸水性能才能达到最佳。

Abstract:In order to release water resources crisis and improve water use efficiency for agriculture,test device of capillary water feeder was put forward based on the capillary tension and the negative pressure water technology,three group contrast tests were conducted indoor.In these experiments water absorption characteristics of three kinds of fiber were studied on,which were tight rope,elastic line and cotton,and hydraulic characteristics of capillary with fiber core number for filler and working pressure of capillary water feeder also were studied on.The results showed that the material selection of fiber,the fiber core number for filler and working pressure of capillary water feeder were the key to the capillary water feeder,and only when fiber diameter and fiber pore were 25 μm and 15 μm respectively,the fiber core number for filler was 6 and working pressure of capillary water feeder was between 30~40 cm,the water absorption performance of capillary water feeder achieved optimally.The research lay foundation for further study of no-pressure and continuous water supply and extension.
