摘 要: | 采用包括基因型与环境互作的数量性状加性—显性发育遗传模型,分析了供试水稻对受体植物莴苣幼苗根长化感作用的动态遗传及与环境的互作效应.结果表明,Lemont和多产稻的化感作用潜力较弱;TN1、Dular和NC化感作用潜力较强,是水稻化感育种较理想的亲本.这3个品种在3、5和8叶期加性效应基因作用稳定性较好,表明在这3个叶龄期进行选择,效果较理想.

Analysis on genetic effect of rice allelopathy and its potential as parental lines |

Abstract: | Dynamic inheritance of rice allelopathy on the root length of receiver plant lettuce (Lactuca sativa L.) and its genotype×environment effects were analyzed by using additive dominant developmental genetic models. The results showed that allelopathic potential was lower in Lemont and Dasanbyeo, higher in TN1, Dular and NC. So TN1, Dular and NC were better parental lines for allelopathic rice breeding. The analysis of genotype×environment effects indicated that the additive gene of TN1, Dular and NC expressed stably at 3, 5 and 8 leaf stages, suggesting that it was possible to select some higher allelopathic potential rice at these leaf stages. |
