滨梅的组织培养技术研究

摘    要:以当年生枝条为外植体建立滨梅的再生体系,通过形成丛生苗的方式增殖。研究结果表明:茎段在培养基MS+6-BA1.0mg·L^-1+NAA0.1mg·L^-1上,增殖系数为8.8,丛生苗较壮;在培养基1/2MS+IBA0.5mg·L^-1+NAA0.2mg·L^-1中生根效果最好,接种7d开始生根,15d时生根率为87.5%,每株平均根数为2—5条,移栽成活率可达75.8%。

Abstract:A regeneration system for Prunus maritime Marsh was established by using current-year branches as explants and the proliferation of clustered plantlets in the experiment. The results showed that the optimum medium for proliferation of branches was MS+6-BA 1.0 mg·L^-1+NAA 0.1 mg·L^-1, the rate of proliferation was 8.8, and the clustered plantlets grew well. The best medium for the induction of rooting was 1/2MS+0.5 mg·L^-1 IBA+0.2mg·L^-1 NAA, the rooting ratio reached 93.7%, and the plantlet had 2-5 roots on an average after 20 days of culture.
