浅议等电聚焦电泳技术在种子纯度检测中的应用

摘    要:结合多年试验从制胶方法、凝胶浓度、样品提取、染色液的储备及染色方法等方面总结了利用酯酶、过氧化物酶、磷酸葡萄糖变位酶、苹果酸脱氢酶等同工酶谱带鉴别大白菜、黄瓜、番茄、甘蓝等多种蔬菜几十个品种的种子纯度,综述了等电聚焦电泳技术在种子纯度检测中的应用。

Abstract:Combined many years' experience,from the method of rubber,gel concentration,sample extraction,reserves of coloration liquid and staining methods were summarized,use of esterase,peroxidase,glucose phosphate mutase,malate dehydrogenase isozymes with identification of Chinese cabbage,cucumber,tomato,cabbage and other vegetables,dozens of varieties of seed purity,the isoelectric focusing techniques in seed purity detection were summarized.
