| Abstract: | The government of Taigu have a correct undertanding of the best way for peasents to reach the well-to-do level under the conditions of market economics,which is to bring into full play the local advantages and the scientific and technological superiority.The essential factors of production were recombined reasonably,the scale effects were achieved,and the problems small production and big market were solved by active guidences,serious organization,and development of the scale breeding. |
