摘    要:根据河北康保卧龙兔山风电场的工程和施工特点,确定水土流失预测时段为3 a。在不采取任何防护措施的情况下新增水土流失量将是地貌自然水土流失量的2.0倍,水土流失量增加幅度最大的是弃渣(土)场,增加了4.7倍,施工道路和风机区扰动地表面积较大,新增水土流失量绝对值较大。风电场在建设过程中必须采取严格的水土保护措施避免在短期内造成水土流失的大量增加。

Abstract:According to the project and construction characteristic of Wolongtushan wind power factory in Kangbao of Hebei,we confirmed that the forecasting time of soil and water loss was 3 years.Under no any measure,its increasing amount was 2.0 times as much as the natural amount.The most increasing amount was 4.7 times in the place that soil and stone were discarded.There were more increasing amount in the place where wind power machine was located and along the construction road.In the construction of wind power factory the strict measures to preserve soil and water loss should be applied.
