西北地区植被建设与水资源环境问题

西北干旱半干旱地区水分是影响植被建设的关键因素，因而对植被建设全过程的水分关系要有一个全面的认识。人工植被建设要以地带性植被分布规律为依据，从实际出发，确定合理的林草覆盖率目标。强调了西北地区水源涵养林建设的水文效应及其重要意义。从不同地区植被建设面临的水资源环境，指出了应面对的水资源限制问题，讨论了内陆河干旱地区与黄土高原地区植被建设与水资源的关系。

Vegetation Construction and Environmental Problems of Water Resources in Northwest China

Water is a key factor which influences the vegetation construction in arid and semi-arid of Northwest China. So the artificial vegetation construction must be bused on the distribution law of belt vegetation and determine the reasonable coverage of forest (grass) practically .Meanwhile, it was emphasized that the hydrological effect of construction of water conservation forest and its important significance in northwest china. Finally, the limited factor of water resources was pointed out based on the water resources environment of vegetation construction in different district. And the relationship was discussed, between water resources and vegetation construction of loess plateau and arid inland area.
