电液伺服油气悬架加载系统控制方法

摘    要:针对某重型车辆油气混合型悬架试验系统,建立了油气悬架负载的电液伺服驱动力控制系统的数学模型,并分析了负载刚度变化对系统幅值裕量与相位裕量的影响,得到控制参数与负载刚度之间的关系.为了能够提高系统的动态性能,引入根据刚度变化自动进行增益和转折频率调整的二阶校正环节.仿真和试验均表明所提方法对提高试验精度的有效性.
