微波和对流联合干燥的试验研究

摘    要:试验以速生杨树和马尾松为干燥对象,研究了传统的对流干燥、微波干燥及微波和对流联合干燥三种不同供热方式的干燥动力学规律。结果表明:在整个干燥过程中,微波和对流联合干燥能使木材的内、外层含水率分布保持一致;与传统的对流干燥相比,联合干燥可以改善木材质量,提高干燥速度,降低干燥能耗。

Abstract:Plantation poplar(Populu deltoids cv.169/55)and masson pine(Pinus massoniana)were selected to prepare sample board,and the dynamic rule of wood drying was studied by using three different drying meth- ods including microwave heating,convection heating and combined convection and microwave heating method. The results showed:by using the combined method,the moisture content of inner layer of the wood sample was consistent with that of outer layer during whole process,and drying rate speeded up,energy consumption de- creased and quality of dried wood improved as compared to traditional convection drying.
