中国特种稻(色稻)分子进化研究初报

摘    要:本文报道了中国特种稻(包稻)分子进化研究的初步结果。本研究利用分布于我国不同省份的有色稻品种,试图以酯酶同工酶和过氧化物酶同工酶的酶谱带为分子指标,运用分支分类学的基本原理,编制出 PAUP2.4. 1、PAUP30和 Hennig86三个计算机软件包,用手工操作法对酯酶同工酶谱带进行分析和分子进化树的制作。研究结果表明,酯酶同工酶中1、4、7类型为基本型,所有有色稻都是由具有这种基本型酶谱带的色稻演化而成。根据分析和推论,共制作出5个分子进化树,进化步骤最少的为8,最多为12。

Abstract:Preliminary results on molecular evolution of special rices in China (colored rice) were reported in this paper. Using isozymcs of pcroxidasc and cstcrasc as molecular target, colored rices of different provinces in China were researched in the test. The principle of cladistics was used for drawing up three softwares,PAUP2. 4. KPAUP30 and Hcnnig 86. The zymogram of cstcrasc were analyzed and the molecular evolution trees were formulated by method of manual operation. The experiment results showed, 1.4.7 type was basic type in zymogram of cstcrasc. All of the colored rices were evolved by the colored rices which possessed the basic type band. According to analysis and inference, five molecular evolution trees were made out. The least of evolution procedure was 8. The most was 12.
