摘    要:本文对~(60)Co-γ射线辐照灭菌在灵芝栽培上的应用进行了研究.试验结果表明:利用γ射线对灵芝栽培料进行辐照,可达到满意的灭菌效果,且对菌丝体的生长和提高子实体产量具有明显的促进作用.在本试验条件下,最适辐照剂量为2.8Mrad.

Abstract:In this paper, the effects of γ ray on the culture medium of Ganoderma Lucidum and its growth and yield have been studied. The results show that Y ray is very effective to kill the germs in the culture me-diem,and it can improve the growth and yield of Ganoderma Lucidum. Under the condition of the experiments, the optimum irradiation dose is 2. 8 Mrad.
