| Abstract: | The geographical distribution, raising ways, management system, reproduction and breeding system of 10 varieties or breeds of Chinese Malu from 14 provinces , cities or national autonomous regions in northern China were stated. The characteristics and quality of 6 typical breeds or varieties were evaluated. And the market and its development tendency of Malu's products were discussed. Then, the development goal of Chinese Malu's industry in the next 5 to 10 years was predicted. |
