摘    要:近年来,草甘膦作为茶园常用除草剂,茶叶中的残留问题备受关注。文章介绍了茶叶中草甘膦的残留现状、检测方法及草甘膦在茶树中的吸收转运代谢行为;分析了草甘膦代谢产物氨甲基膦酸的毒性和风险状况;针对现阶段茶叶中草甘膦存在的问题及隐患提出了相应的建议,为茶叶农药残留安全提供预警信息。

Abstract:Glyphosate is a commonly used herbicide in tea gardens.In recent years,glyphosate residue in tea has attracted much attention.This article introduced the residue status,detection methods of glyphosate pesticide in tea and its absorption,transport and metabolism behavior in tea plants.The toxicity and risk status of glyphosate metabolite(aminomethylphosphonic acid)were analyzed.In view of the existing problems and potential dangers of glyphosate in tea,corresponding suggestions were put forward to provide early warning for the safety of tea pesticide residues.
