摘    要:揉捻是茶叶加工的一个重要工序,对形成茶叶的优良品质具有重要作用.文章分析了国内外茶叶揉捻机的现状,对目前揉捻机的揉盘凹倾角、揉桶转速、棱骨数量等关键结构参数的优化研究进行了论述,分析了连续化揉捻、自动加压、自动进(出)料等结构创新及自动控制方面的研究进展,论述了当前茶叶揉捻机研究存在的问题及发展趋势.

Abstract:Twisting is an important process of tea manufacturing,which plays an important role in the aroma and foam resistance of tea.The current situation of tea twisting machines at home and abroad was introduced,the optimizations of key structural parameters such as the concave angle of kneading disc,the rotational speed of kneading barrel,the number of prismatic were discussed and the research progress of structural innovation and automatic control such as continuous twisting,automatic pressure,automatic feeding(discharging)was analyzed in this paper.Meanwhile,the existing problems and developing trend of tea twisting machine were discussed.
