添加不同水平的油脂对伊犁马运动性能、养分表观消化率及免疫机能的影响

为分析不同水平的油脂添加对伊犁马运动性能、养分表观消化率及免疫机能的影响,试验选用年龄、运动成绩及体重相近的36匹伊犁马随机分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复3匹,1组饲喂基础日粮为对照组,试验2、3、4组分别在基础日粮中添加2.5%、5.0%、7.5%花生油,试验期28 d。结果表明:(1)试验3、4组平均速度较1组比分别提高13.2%、12.1%(P <0.05),试验2、3、4组的赛后0 min心率、体温均低于1组(P> 0.05);试验3、4组赛后5 min呼吸频率、赛后20 min心率较1组比分别降低30.4%、29.6%、23.2%、22.6%(P <0.05);(2)试验2、3、4组的干物质、粗蛋白质、有机物、钙、磷的表观消化率均高于1组(P> 0.05),试验3、4组酸性洗涤纤维、中性洗涤纤维表观消化率较1组比分别提高13.1%、11.6%、15.0%、12.8%(P <0.05);(3)试验3组血清中IgG含量较1组比提高18.4%(P <0.05),试验2、3、4组血清中IgM、IgA含量均高于1组(P> 0.05)。综上,日粮中添加5.0%油脂可以提高伊犁马运动性能、养分表观消化率及免疫机能。

Effects of different levels of oil addition on sports performance,nutrient apparent digestibility and immune function of Ili horse

In order to analyze the effects of different levels of oil on the performance,apparent digestibility of nutrients and immune function of Ili horse. 36 Ili horses with similar age,performance and weight were randomly divided into four groups. Each group had three replicates,three horses of each replicate. One group was fed with basic diet as control group. The experimental groups 2,3 and 4 were fed with 2.5%,5.0%and 7.5% peanut oil respectively in the basic diet for 28 days. The results showed that:(1)The average speed of groups 3 and 4 was 13.2% and 12.1% higher than that of group 1(P < 0.05),the heart rate and body temperature of 0 min afgter competition in groups 2,3 and 4 were lower than that of group 1(P > 0.05),and the respiratory rate of 5 min and heart rate of 20 min after competition in groups 3 and 4 were 30.4%,29.6%,23.2% and 22.6% lower than that of group 1(P < 0.05).(2) The apparent digestibility of dry matter,crude protein,organic matter,calcium and phosphorus in groups 2,3 and 4 were higher than that in group 1(P >0.05). The apparent digestibility of acid and neutral detergent fibers in groups 3 and 4 were 13.1%,11.6%,15.0% and 12.8% higher than that in group 1(P < 0.05),respectively.(3)The levels of IgG in serum of group 3 was 18.4% higher than that of group 1(P < 0.05),and the levels of IgM and IgA in serum of groups2,3 and 4 were higher than those of group 1(P > 0.05). In conclusion that 5.0% lipid could improve the performance,apparent digestibility of nutrients and immune function of Ili horse.
