摘    要:试验旨在研究不同添加形式及水平的高级脂肪醇对青虾生长性能、营养组成及窒息点等的影响。挑选尾均重在(0.091±0.016)g的虾苗作为试验用虾,每个水族缸放养100尾,一个水族缸为一个试验组,设计了10组,处理组分别为在基础饲粮中添加0%(T1)、2.5%C28(T2)、5.0%C28(T3)、5.0%C28-PZ(T4)、5.0%C28-PK(T5)、2.5%C30(T6)、5.0%C30(T7)、5.0%C30-PZ(T8)、5.0%C30-PK(T9)、15.0%C30-PZ(T10)脂肪醇。试验结果表明:对照组T1的末重最小,试验组T10末重最大,并显著高于其他试验组。青虾成活率以试验组T1、T3、T5、T6和T9最高,成活率达到75%以上。试验组T1、T2、T4的全虾水分含量较高,试验组T4、T6、T7、T8、T9和T10的粗蛋白含量相对较高,全虾的粗脂肪以试验组T3、T9和T10最高。饲料中添加脂肪醇明显影响青虾的窒息点,添加脂肪醇C28-5可以使青虾的窒息点明显升高。综合青虾生长、成活和窒息点等因素,C28-2.5和C30-PK-5能显著促进青虾生长,降低窒息点,增强抗逆能力,值得作为水产饲料添加剂推广应用。

Effect of high fatty alcohol added to feed on the growth performance,nutritional composition and asphyxial point of Macrobrachium
Abstract:The experiment was conducted to study the effect of different additives and levels of fatty alcohols on the growth performance, nutritional composition, and asphyxial point of Macrobrachium, etc. Postlarvae weighing(0.091±0.016) g were selected for the experiment. There were 100 shrimps in each aquarium, and one aquarium was an experimental group. 10 groups were designed. In the treatment group, 0%(T1), 2.5% C28(T2), 5.0% C28(T3), 5.0% C28-PZ(T4), 5.0% C28-PK(T5), 2.5% C30(T6), 5.0% C30(T7), 5.0% C30-PZ(T8), 5.0% C30-PK(T9) and 15.0% C30-PZ(T10) fatty alcohol were added to the basic diet, respectively. The results have indicated that: The final weight of T1 was the smallest and the final weight of T10 was the largest in the experimental group and significantly higher than that in other experimental groups. T1, T3, T5, T6 and T9 had the highest survival rate which reached more than 75%. The water content of macrobrachium in T1, T2 and T4 was higher and the content of crude protein in T4, T6, T7, T8, T9 and T10 was relatively high. The content of crude lipid in T3, T9 and T10 were significantly higher than other experimental groups. Fatty alcohol in feed had significant effect on the asphyxial point of macrobrachium. The additive of C28-5 could significantly increase the choking point. Considering the growth, survival rate, asphyxial point of Macrobrachium and other factors, C28-2.5 and C30-PK-5 could significantly improve the growth of Macrobrachium and reduce the asphyxial point, enhance resistance,so it is worthy to be promoted and applied as aquatic feed additives.
