摘    要:采用微生物分离技术从土壤中筛选出一株益生菌Lxiao,通过菌落和细胞形态观察、生理生化试验及16S rRNA基因序列分析,将Lxiao鉴定为双酶梭菌(Clostridium bifermentans)。在大分子水解试验中,双酶梭菌能够水解蛋白质。在药敏试验中,Lxiao对头孢他啶、链霉素和黏杆菌素具有耐受性。在人工胃液和人工肠液的耐受试验中,Lxiao在3 h后存活率分别为74.6%和78.2%。在胆盐耐受试验中,双酶梭菌能够在胆盐浓度为0.4%的培养基上生长。该研究可为双酶梭菌的生产应用提供参考依据。

Identification and physiological characterization of Clostridium bifermentans
Abstract:The probiotic strain collected from soil by microbiological isolation technology. The strain was identified as Clostridium bifermentans based on the colonies and cell morphology observation, physiological and biochemical experiments, and 16S rDNA gene sequences analysis. In the experiment of macromolecule hydrolysis, C. bifermentans can hydrolyze proteins. In drug susceptibility test, the strain was resistant to ceftazidime, streptomycin and myxobacterin. In the tolerance test of simulated gastric fluid and simulated intestinal fluid, the survial rate of the bacteria was 74.6% and 78.2% after three hours, respectively. The test of bile salt showed that C. bifermentans can grow on medium with 0.4% bile salt concentration. The study can provide reference and application basis for the production and application of C. bifermentans.
