饲料和运动训练下大白鼠血脂变化研究

本文主要研究饲料和运动训练对大白鼠血脂的影响。大白鼠喂养高脂饲料,没有进行运动训练时显示大白鼠的高密度脂蛋白(α1-脂蛋白)降低,低密度脂蛋白(α2-脂蛋白)增加,血清总胆固醇增加。从高脂饲料变为基础饲料,大白鼠血清总胆固醇逐渐恢复正常。当大白鼠喂养高脂饲料的同时进行运动训练时发现,大白鼠α2-脂蛋白没有上升,血清总胆固醇变化与运动量、喂养高脂饲料的时间相关。大白鼠喂养高脂饲料,同时运动量较小时,大白鼠血清总胆固醇含量上升,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。大白鼠喂养高脂饲料同时运动量比较大时,喂养高脂饲料的时间长,血清总胆固醇没有显著性差异(P>0.05),喂养高脂饲料的时间比较短,血清总胆固醇降低。从高脂饲料变为基础饲料,同时进行运动训练,大白鼠的血清总胆固醇下降,血清甘油三酯和运动量变化相关,运动量大,血清甘油三酯降低。

Study on changes of blood lipid in rats under feed and exercise training

This article mainly studies the changes of blood lipids in rats under feed and exercise training.When rats were fed a high-fat diet,no exercise training was performed,which showed that high-density lipoprotein(α1-lipoprotein)decreased,low-density lipoprotein(α2-lipoprotein)increased,and total serum cholesterol increased.From high-fat feed to basic feed,total serum cholesterol in rats gradually returned to normal.When rats were fed with high-fat diet and exercise training,α2-lipoprotein did not increase,and changes in serum total cholesterol were related to the amount of exercise and the time of feeding high-fat diet.When rats fed high-fat diets and exercised at the same time,total serum cholesterol in rats increased,but the difference was not significant(P>0.05).When rats were fed high-fat diets and exercised at the same time,they were fed high-fat diets for a long time,and there was no significant difference in serum total cholesterol.The time for high-fat diets was shorter,and total serum cholesterol was reduced.From high-fat feed to basic feed and exercise training at the same time,the total serum cholesterol of rats decreased,and serum triglycerides were related to changes in exercise volume.Large amounts of exercise reduced serum triglycerides.
