中药提取物对感染产气荚膜梭菌肉鸡生长性能、消化及肉质的影响

摘    要:本研究旨在评估以百里香酚和八角茴香为主成分的中药提取物对感染产气荚膜梭菌肉鸡生长性能、消化及肉品质的影响。试验选择1日龄平均体重为(42±1.04)g的肉鸡504只,根据体重随机分为3组,每组6个重复,每个重复28只。对照组饲喂基础日粮,抗生素组饲喂基础日粮+8mg/kg阿维霉素,中草药提取物组饲喂基础日粮+200mg/kg中草药提取物,试验共进行35d。结果 :与对照组和抗生素组相比,中药提取物组22~35d料重比分别降低9.33%和9.93%(P <0.05),同时整个试验期(1~35d),中药提取物组料重比较对照组显著降低了5.96%(P <0.05)。中药提取物组和抗生素组21d粗蛋白质和粗灰分表观消化率较对照组分别提高3.09%、3.81%和6.67%、11.07%(P <0.05),而两组35d肉鸡总能表观消化率较对照组分别提高1.10%和0.93%(P <0.05)。中草药提取物组胆固醇含量较其他两组分别降低15.13%和16.53%(P <0.05),高密度脂蛋白含量分别提高23.74%和10.61%(P <0.05)。对照组大肠梭菌和大肠杆菌数量分别较其他两组提高119.05%、149.77%和14.51%、13.45%(P <0.05)。各处理组对肉鸡组织器官相对重量及肌肉颜色无显著影响(P> 0.05)。结论 :日粮添加200mg/kg含有百里香酚和八角茴香作为主要活性成分的中药提取物可以改善肉鸡生长性能,降低产气荚膜梭菌感染的雏鸡血清胆固醇水平、小肠和大肠梭菌及大肠杆菌数量,进而降低肠道病变评分。

Abstract:The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of thymol and star anise extracts on growth performance,digestion and meat quality of infected broilers with Clostridium perfringens.A total of 504 broilers with an average body weight of 42±1.04g on day 1 were randomly divided into 3 groups according to body weight,with 6 replicates in each group and 28 in each replicate.The control group was fed a basal diet,the antibiotic group was fed a basal diet of+8 mg/kg of aviamycin,and the herbal extract group was fed a basal diet of+200 mg/kg of herbal extract for 35 days.Results:compared with the control group and the antibiotic group,the material weight ratio of the extract group was reduced by 9.33%and 9.93%on 22~35 days(P<0.05),and the material weight of the extract group was significantly reduced by 5.96%on the whole experimental period(1~35 days)compared with the control group(P<0.05).The apparent digestibility of crude protein and crude ash at 21 d in the herbal extract group and the antibiotic group increased by 3.09%,3.81%,6.67%and 11.07%,respectively,compared with the control group(P<0.05),while the apparent digestibility of total energy of broilers at 35 d in the two groups increased by 1.10%and 0.93%,respectively,compared with the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the other two groups,the cholesterol content of the herbal extract group decreased by 15.13%and 16.53%respectively(P<0.05),and the high density lipoprotein content increased by 23.74%and 10.61%respectively(P<0.05).The quantity of Clostridium and Escherichia coli in the control group increased by 119.05%,149.77%,14.51%and 13.45%,respectively,compared with the other two groups(P<0.05).Each treatment group had no significant effect on the relative weight of tissues and organs and muscle color of broilers(P>0.05).Conclusion:adding 200 mg/kg of Chinese herbal extract containing thymol and star anise as the main active ingredients can improve the growth performance of broilers,reduce the serum cholesterol level,the quantity of Clostridium and Escherichia coli in small chickens infected by clostridium perpod,and further reduce the score of intestinal lesions.
