饲粮中添加米糠和酶制剂对肉鸡生长性能及养分表观消化率的影响

为探讨饲粮中添加不同比例的米糠和酶制剂对肉鸡生长性能及养分表观消化率的影响,采用单因素设计试验,选择体重相近的21日龄三黄肉鸡360只随机分成4组,每组9个重复,每个重复10只,1组饲喂基础日粮为空白对照组,试验2、3、4组分别在基础日粮中添加1.0%米糠+0.05%酶制剂、1.0%米糠+0.1%酶制剂、1.0%米糠+0.15%酶制剂,预试验7 d,试验期为21 d。结果表明:(1)试验3、4组平均日增重较1组比分别提高9.8%、13.1%(P <0.05),试验2、3、4组平均采食量均高于1组(P> 0.05),试验3、4组料重比较1组比分别降低8.8%、10.1%(P <0.05);(2)试验2、3、4组总能均高于1组(P> 0.05),试验2、3、4组粗灰分、粗脂肪、钙、磷、干物质养分表观消化率均高于1组(P> 0.05),试验3、4组粗纤维、粗蛋白质养分表观消化率较1组比分别提高17.2%、18.3%、10.1%、16.4%(P <0.05)。综上,在基础饲粮中添加1.0%米糠+0.15%酶制剂可以提高三黄肉鸡的生长性能和养分表观消化率。

Effects of rice bran and enzyme on growth performance and apparent digestibility of nutrients in broilers

In order to study the effect of rice bran and enzyme on growth performance and nutrient digestibility of broiler.360 Sanhuang broilers of 21 days old with similar body weight were randomly divided into4 groups,9 replicates in each group and 10 in each replicates. One group was fed with the basic diet as the blank control group. The 2,3 and 4 groups were added 1.0% rice bran + 0.05% enzyme preparation,1.0% rice bran + 0.1% enzyme preparation,1.0% rice bran + 0.15% enzyme preparation to the basic diet respectively. The experiment period was 21 days.The results showed that:(1) The average daily gain of groups 3 and 4 was 9.8%and 13.1% higher than that of group 1(P < 0.05),the average intake of groups 2, 3 and 4 was higher than that of group 1(P > 0.05),the feed weight of groups 3 and 4 was 8.8% and 10.1% lower than that of group 1(P <0.05).(2) The total energy of groups 2,3 and 4 was higher than that of group 1(P > 0.05),the apparent dig estibility of crude ash,crude fat Ca,P,dry matter in groups 2,3 and 4 were higher than that of group 1(P >0.05). The apparent digestibility of crude fiber and crude protein in groups 3 and 4 were 17.2%,18.3%,10.1%and 16.4% higher than that in group 1(P < 0.05). In summary,adding 1.0% rice bran and 0.15% enzyme to the basic diet could improve the growth performance and apparent nutrient digestibility of Sanhuang broiler.
