半滑舌鳎免疫球蛋白对黄芪多糖的免疫应答

摘    要:采用单因素6水平3重复的试验方法,研究半滑舌鳎免疫球蛋白对黄芪多糖(APS)的免疫应答水平变化,确定半滑舌鳎免疫球蛋白对APS产生最强免疫应答时的APS最佳添加剂量。结果表明,随着试验时间的延长,试验组半滑舌鳎鳃黏液、肠黏液、血液及皮肤黏液免疫球蛋白对APS的免疫应答水平呈先升高后降低的变化趋势,且均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),皮肤黏液免疫球蛋白含量在第18 d时达到最高水平,鳃黏液、肠黏液和血液中的免疫球蛋白含量则于第54 d时达到最高水平;随着APS添加剂量的增加,试验组半滑舌鳎血液、皮肤黏液、鳃黏液及肠黏液免疫球蛋白对APS的免疫应答水平呈逐渐升高的变化趋势,且大部分显著高于对照组(P<0.05);半滑舌鳎鳃黏液、肠黏液、血液及皮肤黏液免疫球蛋白对APS产生最强免疫应答时的APS最佳添加剂量为1 800 mg/kg。

Abstract:The study was conducted to evaluate the immune response level of immunoglobulin induced by Astragalus polysaccharides(APS) and determine the optimal dose of APS inducing the strongest immune response to immunoglobulin in Cynoglossus semilaevis Gunther. The results showed that the immune response levels of immunoglobulin induced by APS in gills mucus, intestinal mucus, blood and body surface mucous of Cynoglossus semilaevis Gunther exhibited increase first and then decrease with the extension of the culturing time. Moreover, most significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05). The immunoglobulin content in body surface mucous at 18 day were the highest. However, the immunoglobulin content in gills mucus, intestinal mucous and blood at 54 day reached the highest level. With the increase of APS dosage, the immune response of immunoglobulin in blood, body surface mucus, gill mucus and intestinal mucus to APS increased gradually in the treatment groups, and most of them were significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05). The optimal dosage of APS inducing the highest immune response of immunoglobulin in gill mucus, intestinal mucus, blood and body surface mucus of Cynoglossus semilaevis Gunther was 1 800 mg/kg..
