杂交构树、玉米秸秆青贮和燕麦青干草不同配比的体外消化特性及组合效应

摘    要:本试验旨在探究不同配比杂交构树、玉米秸秆青贮和燕麦青干草组合的体外消化特性及组合效应,以筛选出三种饲草间最适组合配比。采用单因素试验设计,将杂交构树、玉米秸秆青贮和燕麦青干草组成不同配比的混合粗饲料,以精粗比40:60混合作为发酵底物,进行48 h的山羊瘤胃体外发酵试验,共15个处理,每处理3个重复,测定48 h总产气量、pH、氨态氮、微生物蛋白、干物质降解率、中性洗涤纤维降解率、酸性洗涤纤维降解率,计算单项组合效应和多项组合效应。结果显示:混合饲草比单一饲草更能提高体外发酵效果,组合杂交构树:燕麦青干草=50:50、杂交构树:燕麦青干草=75:25、杂交构树:玉米秸秆青贮=50:50体外发酵效果不佳及多项组合效应为负,筛选出三个最优组合为玉米秸秆青贮:燕麦青干草=50:50、玉米秸秆青贮:燕麦青干草=25:75和杂交构树:玉米秸秆青贮:燕麦青干草=50:25:25,且玉米秸秆青贮:燕麦青干草比例1:1组合效应较好。

Abstract:This experiment was to investigate the in vitro digestion characteristics and combined effects of different ratios of Hybrid broussonetiapapyrifera Linn.,corn stalk silage and oat sap hay,in order to screen the optimal combination ratio of three forages.The single-factor experimental design was used to combine the Hybrid broussonetiapapyrifera Linn.(HBP),corn stalk silage(CSS)and oat green hay(OGH)into different proportions of mixed roughage,and the mixture was mixed with 40:60 as the fermentation substrate for 48 h.In vitro fermentation test of goat rumen,a total of 15 treatments,3 replicates per treatment,determination of total gas production,pH,ammonia nitrogen(NH3-N),microbial protein(MCP),dry matter digestibility rate(DMD),neutral detergent fiber digestibility rate(NDFD),acid detergent fiber digestibility rate(ADFD),the calculation of the single combination effect and the multiple combination effects were evaluated.The results showed that mixed forage could improve the in vitro fermentation effect more than single forage,combined Hybrid broussonetiapapyrifera Linn.:oats green hay=50:50,Hybrid broussonetiapapyrifera Linn.:oats green hay=75:25,Hybrid broussonetiapapyrifera Linn.:corn stalk silage=50:50.The in vitro fermentation effect was poor and the multiple combination effects were negative.The three optimal combinations were selected as corn stalk silage:oat green hay=50:50,corn stalk silage:oat green hay=25:75 and Hybrid broussonetiapapyrifera Linn.:corn stalk silage:oats green hay=50:25:25,and corn stalk silage:oats and green hay ratio 1:1 combination effect was better.
