钙磷缺乏日粮补充硼对肉鸡血清、骨骼和粪便指标的影响

摘    要:本试验旨在研究以玉米-豆粕为基础的钙磷缺乏日粮中补充不同水平的硼对肉鸡生长性能、血清、骨骼和粪便指标的影响。试验选择体重一致的1日龄肉鸡1800只,随机分为6组,每组6个重复,每个重复50只。试验日粮采用2×3因子设计,即正常日粮、磷缺乏日粮及补充0、30和60mg/kg的硼,试验共开展42d。结果 :降低日粮钙磷水平可显著降低21和42d肉鸡的体重(P <0.05)。在1~21d和1~42d时,钙磷水平和补充硼对采食量的影响具有显著交互作用(P <0.05)。日粮钙磷水平降低了1~21d和整个试验期肉鸡的采食量(P <0.05)。日粮补充硼显著改善了肉鸡料重比(P <0.05)。30mg/kg硼补充组较0mg/kg硼组显著提高了血清磷浓度(P <0.05)。正常和钙磷缺乏日粮补充30mg/kg硼显著提高了胫骨灰分、钙和磷含量(P <0.05),同时,钙磷水平及硼添加水平对胫骨成分的影响具有显著交互作用(P <0.05),钙磷缺乏日粮补充硼可显著降低粪中测定指标的含量(P <0.05),其中60较30mg/kg硼补充组显著提高了粪中灰分和磷含量(P <0.05)。结论 :在本试验条件下,钙磷缺乏日粮补充30mg/kg硼可以改善肉鸡生长性能,提高胫骨钙磷含量,降低粪中灰分、钙磷排泄量。

Abstract:The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of supplementation of boron at different levels in cornsoybean meal calcium and phosphorus deficiency diets on growth performance,serum,bone and fecal indicators in broilers.In this study,1,800 one^day^old broilers with the same body weight were randomly divided into 6 groups with 6 replicates in each group and 50 broilers in each replicate.The experiment was conducted for 42 days using a 2×3 factor design,i.e.,normal diet,phosphorus deficient diet,and boron supplementation levels of 0,30,and 60 mg/kg.Results:reducing dietary calcium and phosphorus levels significantly reduced the body weight of 21 and 42 day broilers(P<0.05).At 1~21 d and 1~42 d,the effects of calcium and phosphorus levels and boron supplementation on feed intake were significantly correlated(P<0.05).Dietary calcium and phosphorus levels decreased 1~21 d and feed intake in broilers throughout the trial period(P<0.05).Dietary boron supplementation significantly improved feed to weight ratio of broilers(P<0.05).The serum phosphorus concentration in the 30 mg/kg boron supplementation group was significantly higher than that in the 0 mg/kg boron supplementation group(P<0.05).Lack normal calcium and phosphorus diet supplement 30 mg/kg significantly increased the tibia ash,calcium and phosphorus boron content(P<0.05),at the same time,the calcium level of phosphorus and boron adding levels on the influence of the tibial component has significant interaction(P<0.05),calcium phosphate lack the diet supplement boron significantly reduced the content of the dung in the determination of index(P<0.05),including 60 compared with30 mg/kg boron group significantly improved the manure in ash content and phosphorus content(P<0.05).Conclusion:under the conditions of this study,dietary supplement of 30 mg/kg boron for calcium and phosphorus deficiency could improve the growth performance of broilers,increase the content of calcium and phosphorus in tibia,and reduce the ash content and calcium and phosphorus excretion in feces.
