不同水平的大麦草粉对猪生长性能、养分表观消化率及经济效益的影响

为研究不同水平的大麦草粉对猪生长性能、养分表观消化率及经济效益的影响,试验选择体重相近、健康的三元杂交育肥猪80头随机分成4组,每组20个重复,每个重复1头,1组饲喂基础日粮为对照组,2、3、4组分别在基础日粮中添加5.0%、10.0%、15.0%大麦草粉,预试验10 d,试验期60 d。结果表明:(1)试验3组平均日增重(ADG)较1组比提高13.8%(P <0.05),试验2、3、4组平均日采食量(ADFI)均高于1组(P> 0.05),试验3组料重比(F/G)较1组比降低14.3%(P <0.05);(2)试验2、3、4组的干物质、粗蛋白质、粗灰分的养分表观消化率均高于1组(P> 0.05),试验3、4组的总能、粗脂肪养分表观消化率较1组比分别提高10.9%、10.6%、10.8%、9.6%(P <0.05);(3)试验3、4组毛利润较1组比分别提高44.1%、 37.5%。综上,日粮中添加10.0%大麦草粉可以提高猪生长性能、养分表观消化率及经济效益。

Effects of barley meal at different levels on growth performance,apparent nutrient digestibility and economic benefits of pigs

In order to study the effect of barley meal of different levels on growth performance,apparent nutrient digestibility and economic benefits of pigs.In the experiment,80 healthy three-way crossbred pigs with similar body weight were randomly divided into 4 groups,each group had 20 replicates,each replicate had 1 pig. Group 1 was fed with basic diet as control group. Group 2,group 3 and group 4 were fed with 5.0%,10.0%,15.0% barley grass powder in basic diet respectively. The pre experiment lasted for 10 days and experimental period was 60 days. The results showed that:(1)The average daily gain(ADG) of group 3 was 13.8% higher than that of group 1(P < 0.05),the average daily feed intake(ADFI) of groups 2,3 and 4 was higher than that of group 1(P > 0.05),the feed conversion ratio(F/G) of group 3 was 14.3% lower than that of group 1(P <0.05);(2)The apparent digestibility of dry matter,crude protein and crude ash of groups 2,3 and 4 was higher than that of group 1(P > 0.05). The apparent digestibility of total energy and crude fat of groups 3 and 4 were10.9%,10.6%,and 10.8%,9.6% higher than that of group 1(P < 0.05);(3)The gross profit of groups 3 and 4 was 44.1% and 37.5% higher than that of group 1. In condusion that 10.0% barley meal added to diet could improve the growth performance,apparent nutrient digestibility and economic benefit of pigs.
