| 摘 要： | 氨基酸营养是猪营养研究的重要方面。饲料中氨基酸的消化率是反映饲料蛋白质营养价值的重要参数。内源氮的测定是测定真消化率的必要步骤。本文针对猪的内源氮测定方法、改进措施及各方法的优缺点进行综述。

| Abstract: | The methodology study of digestible amino acids is of importance in animal nutrition field. The digestibility of amino acids is a parameter that can reflect the availability of the protein in feed. Determination of the endogenous nitrogen losses is the essential part of the measurement of true digestibility. This review described the popularized approaches and their improvements in the determination of endogenous nitrogen losses in pigs, focusing on the advantages and shortcomings. |
