关于提取叶绿素方法的比较研究

摘    要:选用丙酮和乙醇的2:1混合液浸泡提取叶绿素。大量实验证明,本方法比丙酮法操作速度快3倍;提取菠菜、油菜、芹菜和小麦的叶绿素效率比丙酮法平均分别高8.5%,12.5%,4.4%和2.0%,而比1:1混合法平均分别高6.0%,5.0%,4.0%和1.4%;本方法提取液的稳定性比其他方法好,所用试剂和材料比丙酮法少二分之一。

Abstract:We advanced a new method of mixed soak with acetone:ethanol=2:1 to eatract chlorophylls a and b in spinach,rape.celery and wheat after studied precursors'work.It is proved that the operation speed for the method is three times as fast as acetone method.The efficiency to extract chlorophylls above four materials is 8.5.12.5.4.4 and 2 percent higher respectively than that of acetone method and is 6,5.4 and 1.4 percent higher respectively than that of 1:1 mix method.Meanwhile.stability of chlorophylls ex- trac...
