野生百合种质迁地保存试验

摘    要:在上海、南京简单栽培设施条件下对毛百合、轮叶百合、宜昌百合、川百合、野百合、大百合等野生百合种质进行迁地保存。试验结果表明,除轮叶百合外,其他几种野生百合对华东气候具较强适应性。从物候期来看,东北来源的种质毛百合、卷丹物候期提前;西南来源的种质略有提前;华东种质与原生地物候基本一致。从生长发育来看,株高生长除轮叶百合外,均保持了原生性状;除轮叶百合外,开花正常,自繁情况较好;部分种能自然结实。笔者认为在华东地区有选择地迁地保存百合种质是可行的。

Abstract:Several wild Lilium spp.such as L.Leucanthum,L.davidii,L.dauricum,L.distichum,L.tigrinum,L.brownii et al.were introduced in Shanghai and Nanjing to conserve germplasm with simple cultivated facility.The result showed that several Lilium spp.except L.distichum were well adapted to the climate of East China.The phenophase of germplasm from north-east of China such as L.dauricum and L.tigrinum had been advanced compared to that in original locality.The phenophase of germplasm from south-west of China was advanced a little bit.The phenophase of germplasm from east of China was the same as in the habitat.Their growth of stem height,flowering and propagation were normal except for L.distichum.Some of germplasm have also seeded.We suggested that the ex situ conservation for Lilium spp.germplasm in East of China be feasible.
