| 摘 要： | 荆州棉区自然资源优越、基础条件好、科研实力雄厚、棉花生产水平高、原棉内在品质优良、发展潜力大、生产成本相对较低、比较效益突出、产业优势明显。分析了荆州棉区抗灾能力比较弱、棉花生产波动比较大、原棉一致性比较差、“三丝’’问题比较突出、产供销纺脱节比较严重等问题。提出了发展荆州棉花生产的具体构想。

| Abstract: | The cotton filed of Jingzhou area possesses advantageous natural resources,well basic condition,high level of science research,high cotton-productive level, excellent intrinsic quality of original cotton,promising developing,potential relatively low cost,obstrusively comparative efficiency,obvious property advantage.Meanwhile,the low resist-disaster, large cotton-productive fluctuation, worse uniformity of original cotton, prominent problem of three cotte a ribre and the serious dilemma between produce, supply, sale, spin were analyzed.The concrete conceiviation of cotton-production in Jingzhou was put forward . |
