榛子绿枝插条生根的解剖学观察

摘    要:采用石蜡切片法研究榛子绿枝插条生根部的解剖构造,结果表明:愈伤组织发生在形成层或初生木质部与次生木质部分界处。不定根的根原基,或由次生木质部的活细胞形成,或由形成层的薄壁细胞形成。未发现愈伤组织诱导生根。

Abstract:The anatomical structure of tender branch of hazelnut was studied with paraffin section method. The results show that callus formed between the boundary of cambium or primary xylem and secondary xylem. The root of adventitious root was formed from the live cell of secondary xylem or the parenchyma cell of cambium. The root from callus was not found.
