河北省小麦丰产技术效率评价与分析

摘    要:运用数据包络分析(DEA)方法对河北省小麦丰产技术应用前后的技术效率进行了研究,并重点观察和分析了核心试验区和示范试验区技术效率的变化,发现丰产技术应用后,综合技术效率、纯技术效率和规模效率都有一定程度的提高,而且核心试验区的技术效率明显高于示范试验区。说明丰产技术的应用不仅达到了丰产的目的,还提高了资源配置效率。

Abstract:This paper has analyzed the technical efficiency before and after applying fertility technique to wheat production in Hebei province by Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) method, and puts emphasis on observing and analyzing the change of technical efficiency in core test area and demonstration test area. We find that total technical efficiency, pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency have all been improved to some extent, and the technical efficiency of core test area is higher than that of demonstration test area. This explains that the application of fertility technique not only achieves the fertility goal, but also improves the resources allocative efficiency.
