摘 要: | 为了保护农民以及育种者的利益,发展稳定可靠的品种鉴定方法具有重要意义。对南方花生主产区20个品种进行了SSR标记指纹图谱研究,从64对SSR标记引物中筛选出4对构建了20个花生品种的指纹图谱,该图谱能使19个品种相互区分。

Abstract: | It is very important for the farmers and breeders to develop a stable and dependable method of cultivars identification. In this paper, the fingerprinting map of 20 cultivars mainly used in south china had been established with 4 selected SSR markers, PM50, PM375, PM204 and PM3. 19 cultivars could be distinguished each other with this fingerprinting map. |
