大叶紫薇多酚超声波提取工艺及其抗氧化性研究

摘    要:为确定大叶紫薇多酚提取的优化工艺条件,并对提取物的抗氧化性进行研究。通过正交试验确定了大叶紫薇多酚提取的优化工艺条件,测定了大叶紫薇多酚提取物对羟自由基(·OH)的清除能力与脂质过氧化的抑制作用;结果表明:乙醇浓度、超声功率和提取时间对提取效果影响显著,其优化工艺条件为乙醇浓度70%,超声功率200W,提取时间20min。大叶紫薇多酚提取物对羟自由基(·OH)的清除能力与脂质过氧化的抑制作用EC50分别为2.8mg/ml和0.3mg/ml。所选提取工艺提取率高,大叶紫薇多酚提取物具有较强的羟自由基(·OH)的清除能力与脂质过氧化的抑制作用。

Abstract:To identify the optimal conditions of polyphenol extraction from Lagerstroemia specious and measure the antioxidational effects of polyphenol extract from Lagerstroemia specious. Orthogonal test were used to identify the optimal conditions .Hydroxyl radical clearing capacity of polyphenol extract from Lagerstroemia specious and its inhibitory effect on lipidoxidation were measured. The results are as follows: The alcohol concentration, ultrasonic power, and ultrasonic treatment time had significant effects on polyphenol extraction, and the optimizing conditions were 70% alcohol concentration,200W ultrasonic power, and 20minutes of ultrasonic treatment time. Both the clearing capacity of polyphenol extract from Lagerstroemia specious or hydroxyl radical and its inhibitory effect on lipidoxidation were very significant, and the EC50 were 2.8mg/ml and 0.3mg/ml respectively.The considerable extraction rate is achieved by applying the selected technology. polyphenol extraction from Lagerstroemia specious has more stronger antioxidational effects.
