| 摘 要： | 采用定性与定量分析相结合的研究方法,对农业科技人才队伍建设的现状、问题和发展需求进行了分析和研究。在此基础上,突出“以人为本”、“人才是第一资源”的发展理念,提出了新时期农业科技人才队伍建设的思路、途径和政策建议。

| Abstract: | This paper is the research results of soft science of Department of Science, Technology and Education, MOA. The status, problems and development demands of system construction of scientific and technical talents in agriculture are analyzed and studied in quantitative and qualitative analysis methods. On the basis of above research, conceive, solution and policy suggestion of scientific and technical talents system in agriculture system construction in the new periods are brought forward. |
