烯效唑对小麦籽粒中核酸代谢及小麦品质的影响

摘    要:试验采用两因素裂区设计来研究不同氮肥水平下烯效唑对小麦籽粒中核酸代谢及小麦品质的影响,并探讨了蛋白质含量以及小麦品质与核酸代谢的关系。结果表明,籽粒中较高的DNA与RNA含量有利于蛋白质的积累以及籽粒品质的改善。烯效唑处理能够调节籽粒中的DNA与RNA含量,从而影响蛋白质的含量,改善籽粒品质。

Abstract:The experiment used the design of two complication''s split section to study the effects of uniconazole on the wheat seed nucleic acid metabolism and wheat quality under different nitrogen levels, and discussed the connection of the protein content and wheat quality and nucleic acid metabolism. Result indicated that higher DNA and RNA content were propitious to collection of the protein and improvement of the wheat quality. uniconazole treatments adjusted the seed''s DNA and RNA content, thereby effected the protein content, improved the wheat quality.
