河南省农业环境状况探析

为保护和改善河南省的农业环境,通过实地调查和查阅文献资料,探析了河南省农业环境状况,调查和研究分析表明:大气环境、水环境和土壤环境都存在不同程度的污染;近几年来,河南省通过制定详尽的环境保护目标,加大了农业环境保护工作力度,取得了显著成效,但农业环境污染治理的形势依然严峻;最后,针对存在的问题,从宣传教育、环境立法、控制污染源、监测预报、科学施用化学物质以及综合防治等多方面提出农业环境保护和污染防治的对策。

Analysis on the Situation of Agricultural Environments in Henan Province

In this paper, in order to protect and improv agricultural environments in Henan province, the situation of agricultural environments are briefly analyzed by field investigation and consulting documents. The investigation and recent research showed: air, water and soil pollution occurred to some extent in Henan province. In recent years, we have had significant achievements in environmental protection by paying more attention to this work,but the circumstance is still serious about environmental pollution control. Finally, aiming at these existent problems, some measures are put forward, such as propagandizing and teaching, environment law-making, pollutant source controlling, environmental monitoring and predicting, chemical material using scientifically and integrated preventing and curing.
