摘    要:研究了不同施氮肥方式对中糯1号鲜食期营养品质形成的影响。结果表明,氮肥以基肥和拔节期作追肥(1:1)的施入方式有利于可溶性糖和谷蛋白和醇溶蛋白的积累;氮肥以基肥和抽雄期追肥(比例为1:1)方式施入有利于蔗糖的积累;氮肥以基肥、拔节期追肥、抽雄期追肥(4:3:3)的方式施用,使玉米籽粒中清蛋白和球蛋白的百分含量提高。表明在施氮量一定的条件下,生长发育中前期重施氮肥,可以在一定程度上改善糯玉米的营养品质和食味品质。

Abstract:The different nitrogen applications on Zhongnuo No.1 in the formation of the nourishing quality of the fresh-eating waxy maize kernel have been studied in this paper. Conclusions are drawn as follows: At sowing seeds, seeding stage periods, (1:1) is advantageous to the accumulation of solubility sugar and glutelin and zein; At sowing seeds, jeaselling stage periods (1:1) is good to the accumulation of the sucrose content. Nitrogen fertilization with the base stage, seeding stagr and jeaselling stage period being (4:3:3) makes the content percent corn seed at a higher level. That shows that if the nitrogen is certain and fertilized during the middle or late stages, to some extent the nourishment quality and the food flavor quality can be improved.
