摘    要:从土壤中分离到1株细菌,在几丁质平板上产生明显透明圈,经平板抑菌测定对长蠕孢霉、黄瓜枯萎病菌、辣椒炭疽病菌、小麦赤霉病菌等多种病原真菌具明显抑制作用,该菌经形态学及生理生化特性鉴定,初步定为浅黄金杆菌(Aureobacteriumflavescens)。是一种新的几丁质酶产生菌和生防菌。

Abstract:A chintinase-producing strain was screened by performing the plate transparent cycle method from strains isolated from soil. One Aureobacterium obviously exhibited antagonism against numerous pathogens such as Helminthosporinm.sp, F. axysporum, Colletotrichum gloeosporioides and Gibberella zeae. The certain Aureobacterium had proven to be a new chitinase-producing bacterium, which was identified as Aureobacterium flavesnes by morphological and physiochemical characteristics.
