地下水人工回灌经济效益分析浅析

摘    要:地下水人工回灌具有悠久的历史,人工回灌地下水的方法可分为两类:一是直接补给法,即把补给水源直接输送到地下水含水层中;二是诱导补给法,即除了达到自身的主要目的以外,还能对地下水起到诱发补给效果的方法。但每种方法都各有其特点和适应条件,要选择合适的地下水人工回灌方法,就必须对地下水人工回灌工程经济效益进行科学评价,这是保证回灌方案科学合理、回灌工程经济可行的必要前提。但目前地下水人工回灌效益研究往往是单方面的分析与评价,缺乏综合、系统的分析,提出的人工回灌经济效益包括7个方面:增加供水效益、扬程效益、减少新建水源工程效益、水质效益、增产效益、洪水控制效益和防治咸水入侵效益,并针对各种效益提出了相应的计算方法,完善了地下水人工回灌经济效益分析理论与计算方法,对于地下水人工回灌工程的可行性分析,实现地下水资源的可持续开发利用,改善生态环境,具有重要指导意义。

Abstract:There is a long history about the development of groundwater artificial recharge techniques, which is composed of direct recharge method and inducement recharge method. The former method conveyed the water to the aquifer directly; the latter one used the inducement method, which can make the aquifer produce more water resources. As each technique has special purpose for the actual situation, we have to give a scientific evaluation to every one, in order to selecting a right method for groundwater recharge. Based on the present evaluation of groundwater recharge, which is lack of the ability of integration evaluation, we have put forward the synthetical evaluation method of groundwater recharge, it consists of benefit of water supply, water lifting, reducing of new water project, water quality, increase production, flood control, salt water invasion, also, the relevant computing methods were presented. it enriched the theory of groundwater recharge evaluation, at the same time, it will be an effective tool for exploitation and feasibility analysis of groundwater artificial recharge techniques. In conclusion, it is very important for the sustainable water resources development and improving environment.
