摘    要:试验采用裂裂区设计,研究了磷、钾肥与多效唑互作对沟叶结缕草养分吸收和细胞质膜透性的影响。结果表明,磷、钾肥、多效唑间存在正互作效应。合理配施能显著促进沟叶结缕草N、P、K养分物质积累,为沟叶结缕草越冬奠定物质基础,同时诱导质膜透性降低。综合分析试验最优组合为P2O560kg/hm2、KCl 140kg/hm^2、多效唑250mg/L。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of degradation of zoysiagrass matralla in winter of Fujian Province and subtropical area. The study on the effects of interaction of phosphorus, potassium fertilizer and pa clobutrazol(PP333) on nutrients absorption and cell membrance permeabity of Zoysiagrass matralla was done using a split-split-block field design. The results showed there was positive interaction between phosphorus,potassium fertilizer and paclobutrazol. The comnined application of phosphorus, potassium fertilizer and pa- clobutrazol could significantly improved the nutrients(nitrogen phosphorus and potassium) absorbtion of Zoysiagrass matralla,which had established nutrient base for zoysiagrass in winter season, and coupling with the decrease of cell membrance permeabity. The optimum combination of phosphorus, potassium and paclobutrazol (PP333) was proposecd based on comprehensive analysis under the condition of this test,which was P2O5:60 kg/hm^2 +K2O:140 kg/hm^2 +paclobutrazol(PP333) .250 mg/L.
