| Abstract: | This paper introduces the definition of beef traceability system and the application situation at home and abroad,and explains the structure of beef traceability system and the indexes contained in the traceability information.The conversion of the traceability tags in beef production,uploading,statistics and inquiry process of beef traceability system,and the practical problems and countermeasures which should be paid more attention in the construction process of beef traceability system,which can provide reference for scientific research workers who set up beef traceability system in China. |
