摘    要:本实验以市售7个普通茶叶样品为对照,用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)对南昆山白毛茶中的可可碱进行分析测定。结果表明,南昆山白毛茶中含有丰富的可可碱,高达3.02%—4.68%,比对照高出11.7-15.1倍。

Abstract:By using HPLC,theobromine in Baimao tea from Nankun mountain is sepa-rated and determined with seven sorts of common tea from market as comparison. The resultsindicated that the Baimao tea from Nunkun mountain contains plenty of the obromine, range 3. 02 %- 4.68 %,it is 44.7- 15. 1 times higher than CK.
