摘    要:对不同恢复程度的4种沙化草地的植被、土壤微生物以及土壤酶活性的恢复状况、变化规律和相互关系的研究结果表明,各样地微生物的组成中,细菌占微生物总数的90%以上,其次,放线菌,真菌数量最少;人工恢复时间相同而植被类型不同的样地中的微生物数量有差异;退化草地随着恢复年限的增长,沙化草地三大微生物数量随之增加;土壤酶活性中,恢...

Abstract:Soil microorganisms’ quantity and soil enzyme activities of four kinds of sandy grassland in different restoration years were analyzed.The results showed that the total number of microorganism was different with types of grassland,and it ranges from 64.23×103 cfu/g dry soil to 5697.09×103 cfu/g dry soil.The total number of microorganism was five year-artificial recovered grassland > four year-artificial recovered grassland>three year-artificial recovered grassland>sandy grassland.The number of bacteria was the highest(91.44%~98.48%),followed by actinomycetes(1.32%~7.62%),fungi was lowest(0.2%~1.22%).The total number of soil microorganisms varied with plant species in the sampling sites of same age.Catalase activity of artificial recovered grassland for 3~5 years was significant difference(P<0.05)than sandy grassland.Protease activity of artificial recovered grassland for 4 and 5 years is much higher than grassland of artificial recovered for 3 years and sandy grassland.There was no significant difference of invertase activity in different grassland.
